Take advantage of the wonderful seasonal produce with this fresh salad that includes corn, tomatoes and fresh basil.
- 5-6 cups of Corn
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- ¼ fresh Basil
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Combine in bowl: corn, tomatoes (can be cut if you prefer), chopped basil and olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate and serve when ready.
